Harold Simoneau

Senior Beverage Manager

Born and raised in Quebec, Canada, Harold Simoneau has always loved the bustling, fast-paced atmosphere of bars. It’s this love that inspired him to attend New York’s International Culinary Center and become a student of their Sommelier Training Program. Simoneau would go on to own his own whisky bar, Noorman’s Kil in Williamsburg, which he recently sold after 9 years of operation. Before joining Temple Court, Simoneau was part of the Eataly’s (Downtown) team and he joins The Beekman as our Senior Beverage Manager, overseeing beverage operations for both Temple Court & The Bar Room. A wine lover first, Simoneau’s favorite pairing is a classic Cheeseburger with a glass of Côtes du Rhône!
