Angus McIndoe

General Manager

Born in Scotland, Angus ‘Gus’ McIndoe’s entry into the hospitality world was hardly unexpected: his family ran hotels in the Scottish highlands, his siblings all waited tables and tended bar, and he was named for a noted Glaswegian restaurateur.

His passion for his craft took him south of the border where he made stops at several distinguished London properties before venturing across the pond to the USA.
After attending culinary school and apprenticing with chefs Paul Bartolotta and Michael White in Chicago, he settled in New York and operated his eponymous theatre district eatery and other notable neighborhood boites for twenty years before venturing downtown to assist Keith McNally, Rocco DiSpirito and Pino Luongo with their endeavors.

He is thrilled to be joining Tom Colicchio’s team and the Temple Court family.
